Keyonte George had himself a game with 39 points (14-of-26 FGs, 9-of-13 FTs), two rebounds, nine assists, four steals, a block, and two 3-pointers in overtime loss.

Keyonte had a bad couple of games but bounced back in a major way. The Jazz continue to run their offense around Keyonte George, and it’s been putting up fantasy numbers. He hasn’t put up the same number of numbers as last year, but he’s still leading the team in points and assists. He was one of the only players in this game that could shoot efficiently. It’s a nice development for where he started with his efficiency when he started his career.

Peterson has scored in double figures in each of Utah’s last three games. Against the Trail Blazers, he wasn’t at his best, committing three turnovers, but the rookie guard still finished with a full stat line. Peterson played the entire fourth quarter, sharing the court with Keyonte George (8/3/4/1) for seven minutes and Isaiah Collier (8/1/4/2) for the other five. According to Cleaning the Glass, Peterson has played 90% of his minutes at shooting guard thus far. That split appears unlikely to change anytime soon, which may lower his fantasy ceiling.

Keyonte had a lot on his shoulders with the injuries to Jaren Jackson and Lauri Markkanen. He was the go to guy and helped keep the Jazz in the game. He was one of three people on the team to play more than thirty minutes in the loss. If you have Keyonte George in redraft leagues, it will be worth paying attention to how many points he’s scoring in case there is a sell-high window due the injuries and with Darryn continuing to get better.

Josh Green will start in place of Lauri Markkanen tonight who is out with a wrist injury, and Jaxson Hayes will return to the starting lineup for the injured Jaren Jackson Jr. Green and Hayes can be used as streamers but neither will be factors in most redraft leagues. Look for Darryn and Ace to pick up the scoring in this game.

It wasn’t enough to get the win, but George was the most productive scorer in this game. Both Lauri Markkanen (wrist) and Jaren Jackson Jr. (knee) exited early, which meant more offensive responsibility for George. If either, or both, misses time moving forward, George’s usage will continue to skyrocket. He has been excellent to start the year and will look to stay hot against the Spurs on Wednesday.

Lakers star Luka Dončić stole the show on Sunday, but George had a good day in his own right. The Jazz point guard finished one rebound shy of his first triple-double. George committed six turnovers, but the overall production helped compensate for that. He’s now dished out 10 assists in consecutive games, the first time George has done that since October 24-27, 2025.

  • UTA Guard #3

Keyonte George was much better as a facilitator in this game which allowed players like Lauri to get better looks. He makes a lot of momentum gaining three pointers. Keyonte’s production has not dipped with the arrival of Darryn Peterson, and fantasy owners should be happy with that.

  • UTA Guard #3

Keyonte George continued right where he left off last season and continued to get buckets. He will need to do more than score if he’s going to help lead the Jazz to the playoffs. He will likely continue to put up numbers throughout the year.

  • UTA Guard #3

George had a breakout season in 2025-26 and the Jazz rewarded him with a contract extension worth more than $150 million over five years. He’ll make his first start since signing his new deal alongside Peterson, Markkanen, Jackson and Hayes.

  • UTA Guard #3

After two seasons of inconsistent play, George took a significant step forward in 2025-26. The 6-foot-4 point guard recorded career-high averages in points, assists and steals. Averaging 23.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.5 three-pointers per game, George cemented his status as the point guard the Jazz will lean on as they look to move up the pecking order in the Western Conference. While having a healthy Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr. may cut into George’s scoring, his assist production could increase in 2026-27.

Collier’s assist tally may not have been as robust as many fantasy managers hoped, with him starting for the injured Keyonte George. Still, he did record his second 20-point game in four appearances. Since the All-Star break, the second-year point guard has provided eighth-round value in eight-cat formats. With George not being re-evaluated until the final week of March, now is a good time to go all-in on Collier.

Ty Jerome had 23 points (10-of-20 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, three assists, one block and two three-pointers in Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.

Jerome dropped 40 points in the overtime loss to the Pelicans on Monday. While he’s already had two 40-point games this season, his scoring was kept in check Wednesday. Jerome had 23 points on 20 attempts and was 2-of-10 from behind the three-point line. The Grizzlies have one more game this week as they’ll take on the Thunder on Friday.

Derik Queen got himself 20 points (8-of-21 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), nine rebounds, six assists, and a block on the 120-113 win over the Jazz on Wednesday.

Derik Queen got going in the fourth quarter and he helped get the Pelicans back in this game after the Jazz went on a big run. It is still telling that Queen is coming off the bench for Karlo Matkovic because of the defense. However, there’s no doubt that Derik Queen is a very talented offensive player. If Murphy misses the next game, Queen might be worth a stream in redraft leagues depending on your league settings.

Dejounte Murray scored 20 points (4-of-7 FGs, 11-of-11 FTs), eight rebounds, four assists, four steals, and a three in win against the Jazz.

In his return to the starting lineup, he produced like he did before. He got you steals which is the main benefit to having Murray on your roster. He got you a lot of free throws and hit them, which is a major plus. He led the team in minutes with 44 of them which will be something to monitor as Mosley did play him over Herb Jones to start the season.

Jeremiah Fears got 19 points (6-of-16 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a three against the Jazz on Wednesday.

The front office is very high on Jeremiah Fears, so his value is relatively safe. That being said, the numbers haven’t been better than last season. He still struggles with inefficiency. You hope that improves because it starts to get a bit dicier. His next opportunity to play will be on Friday against the Timberwolves.

Pascal Siakam had 20 points (8-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and two three-pointers against the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Siakam sat out Monday against the Hawks as the Pacers rested their starters. The 32-year-old forward was back Wednesday, scored 20 points and had a full stat line in the win over the Grizzlies. Siakam and the Pacers have one game remaining this week, against the Nuggets at home Saturday.

Darryn Peterson had 7 points (2-of-8 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, and seven assists on Wednesday against the Pelicans.

While this wasn’t an amazing game from Darryn Peterson, he is getting prioritized more. The main difference now is that he’s now running as the backup point guard instead of Isaiah Collier which has really helped Darryn’s assist numbers. This is great for Darryn in dynasty if you have him, because that is the skill that he needs to work on for him to develop into a high-level fantasy player. In redraft leagues, he’s worth a stream if you’re looking for points and some assists, but not more than that.

Vit Krejčí (ankle) will not return to Wednesday’s game against the Suns.

Krejčí rolled his ankle late in the third quarter of Wednesday’s game and needed help getting back to the bench. He’s since been taken back to the locker room and will not return. Krejčí’s absence won’t have a major impact on fantasy basketball, but Portland may have to slide Chris Youngblood into the rotation.

Lauri Markkanen had 21 points (6-of-15 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), ten rebounds, four assists, a steal, two blocks, and five 3-pointers in 120-113 loss to the Pelicans.

Lauri Markkanen had a slower start but really got going in the fourth quarter. Lauri hasn’t had the season that many hoped he would but tonight was a good bounce back performance. The Jazz ran some actions to get him open in the fourth quarter so he was able to get some good open looks. He hit a big three in the final minute that helped the Jazz take the lead. He’s just not someone who will create his own shot but is one of the better role players in the NBA.

It was Nembhard’s third consecutive game with at least 22 points. The 26-year-old guard filled up the box score, adding a steal and a block to his line Wednesday. Nembhard’s scoring uptick is likely to continue while Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is sidelined.
