Officially dissolved on October 31.

Nagoshi Studio, the Shinjuku, Tokyo-based founded by Yakuza series creator Toshiro Nagoshi under NetEase Games in November 2021, was officially dissolved by a shareholders’ resolution on October 31, according to a notice published in today’s Japanese government gazette Kanpo.
In December 2025, Nagoshi Studio announced GANG OF DRAGON, a Kabukicho-set action adventure game starring Korean actor Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee). In March 2026, Bloomberg reported that NetEase Games planned to cut funding from the studio in May, and that it had the option to go independent if it was able to pay its way out.
