Cher isn’t holding a grudge against Michael Douglas after he suggested Glenn Close should have won the Best Actress Oscar in 1988 that Cher won.

“Cher adores Michael Douglas,” a representative for the “Moonstruck” actress, 80, told Page Six after Douglas said his “Fatal Attraction” co-star should have taken home the trophy.

Douglas, 82, made the remarks during an appearance on “The Graham Norton Show” on Friday, where he sat alongside Close, Kieran Culkin and Naomi Ackie.

The conversation turned to Close’s long history of Oscar disappointments after the actress joked that she was finally receiving an honorary Academy Award at the Governors Awards in November because members “probably don’t want to feel guilty anymore.”

The “101 Dalmatians” actress, 79, has received eight competitive Oscar nominations but has yet to take home an award.

Douglas, who starred opposite Close in the 1987 thriller “Fatal Attraction,” quickly weighed in on one particular loss.

“She should have won with ‘Fatal Attraction,’” he said.

He pointed out that it was Close’s fourth Oscar nomination.

“Oh, wow,” host Norton responded.

“I know. That’s what we all said,” the “Basic Instinct” actor quipped, prompting laughter from the panel and audience.

“The shade! The shade, mate!” Ackie joked.

Douglas went on to describe Close’s work in “Fatal Attraction” as one of “the greatest performances of all time.”

Norton offered his own take on Cher’s Oscar victory, joking, “But Cher put some gray in her hair, so there you go.”

In “Moonstruck,” Cher plays Loretta Castorini, a Brooklyn widow who falls for Ronny, the younger brother of the man she has agreed to marry.

Nicolas Cage plays Ronny, while Danny Aiello portrays Johnny, Loretta’s fiancé.

“Fatal Attraction,” meanwhile, earned six Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actress, but failed to win one.

Cher had previously earned a Best Supporting Actress nomination for “Silkwood” in 1983.

Douglas also had reason to celebrate at the 1988 ceremony, where he won Best Actor for his role as Gordon Gekko in “Wall Street.”
