Chicago Bears' injury report has updates on Kyle Monangai, Colston Loveland

The Chicago Bears will take on the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks on Monday night, and the team has released their final injury report for the week.

Only one Bears player was ruled out for the game, as running back Kyle Monangai will miss his fourth straight game as he deals with thumb and toe injuries.

The Bears will have one more game before their bye week, so it wouldn’t be shocking if Monangai didn’t suit up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers either, though that remains up in the air.

The Bears did get some good news on tight end Colston Loveland, who was limited in practice on Friday with a neck injury. He was a full participant in Saturday’s workout, and did not receive an injury designation, meaning the Bears anticipate that he will play.

Linebacker TJ Edwards, who missed last week’s game with a hamstring injury, practiced in full Saturday and did not receive an injury designation, meaning he is expected to play on Monday night.

Linebacker Jack Sanborn is also expected to play after he was cleared from the NFL’s concussion protocol this week.

Defensive back Malik Muhammad was limited in practice all week with a toe injury, and is questionable for Monday’s game. Linebacker D’Marco Jackson is also questionable with an ankle injury, though he was a full participant in practice on Saturday.
