GloRilla Responds to Ciara's Halloween Homage With Her Own Costume Tribute

GloRilla has paid homage to Ciara on Halloween, two years after the singer cosplayed as the rapper.

In a photo posted by GloRilla on Friday (October 30), the rapper can be seen going full CiCi for Halloween, first restaging the Goodies cover on Instagram in a pink hoodie, flowing long hair, and a cross necklace.

In a second picture, she brought in her boyfriend, NBA player Brandon Ingram, to play young Bow Wow opposite her Ciara. The pair acted out the elevator scene from the 2005 "Like You" video in matching shimmering tiger-graphic Ed Hardy T-shirts.

The original clip cast Ciara and Bow Wow, a couple at the time, as neighbors with eyes for each other. Glo pulled her caption straight from the song: "Cause Ian never had nobody do me like youuuu."

GloRilla's costumes follow Ciara's own Hollywood portrayal of her. In 2024, Ciara dressed as the rapper by recreating her viral Complex interview with Speedy Morman, right down to giant hoop earrings and a "YWR" chain.

Glo loved it at the time and said so publicly: "One thing about it CICI gone do df outta Halloween lmao I luv dis @ciara."

The two had already teamed up on record in 2022, when Glo hopped on the remix of Ciara's "Better Thangs."
