Katie Price Appears to Accidentally Reveal Plans for Another Surgery

Katie Price has seemingly hinted that she is preparing for another cosmetic procedure in February 2027. The 48-year-old former glamour model appeared to reveal her plans during a casual backstage conversation at The Two Brewers nightclub in Clapham, South London, adding to her long history of cosmetic surgeries.

Katie Price hints at another cosmetic surgery in February 2027

In a behind-the-scenes video shared by the venue's Instagram account, @bestofclaphamldn, Katie was seen pulling the skin near the outer corners of her eyes upwards with her fingers. While demonstrating the look, she said, "I'm doing that in February." Although she did not identify the procedure, her gesture suggested another fox-eye lift, which creates a more elongated appearance by raising the outer corners of the eyes.

The Sun reported that Katie previously underwent the same procedure during a trip to Turkey in August 2025. However, she has not officially confirmed whether she plans to have another one in February 2027.

Katie's cosmetic surgery journey began in 1998, when she had her first breast enlargement at the age of 20. Since then, she has undergone several breast augmentations and reductions, facelifts, lip lifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction and eye procedures. She previously estimated that she had undergone around 30 to 40 operations, including 17 breast procedures.

Earlier this year, Katie also discussed the cost of her transformations on Olivia Attwood's ITV series The Price of Perfection. She told the former Love Island star, "I've probably paid £40,000 in all – for surgery." She explained that several procedures had been offered to her for free over the years. However, she maintained, "I would pay for it if I wanna get it done."

Katie has also spoken about a misunderstanding before one of her operations, when doctors mistakenly thought she wanted a back lift. Recalling the incident on The Katie Price Show podcast with her sister Sophie, she said, "I don't want a back lift! I said, 'Lucky you said that!'"

For now, Katie has not confirmed what treatment she might undergo next. Nevertheless, her recent comments have sparked speculation that another cosmetic procedure could be on her schedule for February 2027.
