Mo3 murder background: What happened?

The murder happened on Nov. 11, 2020, in traffic on Interstate 35 in Dallas near the city zoo. The shooting was captured on camera. Prosecutors accuse Conway of having a long-running feud with Noble and orchestrating his killing. Conway's alleged associate, White, was sentenced in September to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing Noble.

Conway, who turned 35 this month, was arrested in March 2025. He has pleaded not guilty.

A third defendant, Devin Brown, is also charged with capital murder. Prosecutors allege Brown was also paid by Conway to kill Noble. Court records show Brown's trial is expected to begin in early November.
